About

I am an artist, Fairtrade goldsmith and a qualified New York attorney. I was born in India and spent my formative years in Jordan, the UAE and the UK.

I am passionate about analogue photography and alternative printing processes. I am also an advocate for environmentally conscious methods in my practice, including using Fairtrade and recycled metals with jewellery making and environmentally conscious chemistry with photography.

I often merges photography with jewellery making to create wearable works of art. I exhibited my Daguerreotype inspired pendants during Dubai Design Week 2019 as a part of Tashkeel Studio's Tanween program.

I have hosted several photography and jewellery making workshops in the UAE, including an artist takeover at Dubai Expo2020, at Tashkeel, Sharjah Art Foundation, Kave and at the ‘Another Way’ Film Festival with the Spanish Embassy and Cinema Akil.

I have an MFA in Photography from the University of Ulster. I am a member of Tashkeel Studio in Dubai.
