Participants collaborated to create work around a theme and shot it on film. The rolls of film were then developed by the participants and the results printed in a zine made using a riso printer.

During a visit to the Emirates Soil Museum, participants learnt about soil, vegetation and cooking with halophytic (salt-loving) plants. Participants made photographs using infrared sensitive film and deep red filters in order to reveal the unseen.

A series of workshops on ethical jewellery making, including collaborations with Reel Palestine, Cinema Akil and the Spanish Embassy

The workshop introduced participants to printing photographs using sea water and the 19th century photographic technique of Salt Printing.
